BioInnovation Challenge: we're in the finals!

After a thought-provoking, inspiring and at times butterfly-inducing day of Dragon's Den style pitches to an experienced panel of judges, MacKenzie Healthcare Technologies and its wheelchair repositioning device Paraglide were selected as one of three BioInnovation Challenge finalists who will pitch again tomorrow at BioPort Atlantic.

"Today was a great day, and we commend all of the semi-finalists for a job well done," said the company's president and CEO, Matthew MacKenzie. "The innovations presented today are all worthwhile and showcase the incredible talent we have here in the Maritimes. The judges had a difficult decision to make, and we're thrilled to be moving forward to tomorrow."
