Our team prototypes face shield for Covid-19 frontlines, but global material for essential supplies
Our sister company, MacKenzie Atlantic, has designed, sourced material for, and built a prototype of an inexpensive face shield that could be used on the frontlines of the fight against Covid-19.
The defence manufacturing facility can mass produce 15,000 to 30,000 per week just outside Halifax, but materials suppliers are warning that Canadian federal and provincial governments need to act fast and place orders for Covid-19 emergency supplies before supplies and materials run out globally.
