National Injury Prevention Day

Today, July 5th, marks Injury Prevention Day in Canada.

Every day, in homes and care facilities around the world, wheelchair users who are unable to reposition themselves and their staff, volunteer or family caregivers face the risk of becoming injured when traditional repositioning methods are used, or when they’re left for too long without being repositioned.
